The Daily Choice: The Honey Pies - Get It Right

The Honey Pies aren’t trying to trick you in to anything.  They aren’t trying to mask their vintage pop-inspirations with muddy fuzz or lo-fi recordings.  They’re not dunking their luminous sound in anything but a vat of polish. This is unadulterated pop goodness - fast-paced, liable to give you diabetes - with no pretension, no need to delude the charm with even a lick of anything else.

The Honey Pies debut album Think of England is out now.  It can be purchased at their bandcamp page.
