Benefit Shows for The Andy Kotowicz Family Foundation

by

As we reported late last month, Seattle lost a vital member of our community tragically with the death of Sub Pop’s Andy Kotowicz. A memorial foundation has been created to support his beloved daughter and wife and the local music community and many of the band’s that Andy championed as an A&R rep are coming together for concerts to benefit the fund. Here are two notable upcoming benefit shows:

November 19th at The Sunset with The Intelligence, Unnatural Helpers, Partman Parthorse – $8 / 21+

December 4th at The Showbox with A-Frames/AFCGT, Fruit Bats, Mudhoney, Michael Yonkers, Pissed Jeans, Shabazz Palaces, Vetiver, and Wolf Eyes. – $20 Tickets / All Ages (Tickets on sale this Friday.)

There will be an online auction announced in the coming days to benefit the foundation and we’ll keep you updated in this post about the auction.
