Cicadas Season to Season
San Diego’s Joey Barro is the Traditionist. Even as lead singer for the Antiques, he still had a pile of material to develop, so with a little help from Mother Hips member Tim Bluhm as producer he went to work. The results are cataloged on the album Season to Season, out this month on Banter Records.

Last month Joey stopped by Chessvolt Studios to do a six song Luxury Wafers session of Traditionist material. It comes highly recommended. (Check the video above.)
The Antiques have their own momentum, with this week’s physical release of their new album Cicadas and the announcement of a FILTER US Recordings digital deal.
